FAXED AND E-MAILED ACCOUNTS
In terms of the rules of the Scheme, and to prevent fraudulent claims from entering our system, we can unfortunately not accept faxed accounts. Metropolitan Health Group, the Scheme's Administrator, subscribes to the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act of 2002. This prohibits the acceptance of faxed and e-mailed claims.

NIMAS HOSPITAL NETWORK OF DESIGNATED SERVICE PROVIDERS
The Scheme has implemented the NIMAS Network of Designated Service Providers (DSP) for all hospitalisation for the Classic, Millennium and Supreme options with effect from 1 July 2009. Click here to read more.

NIMAS PHARMACY NETWORK
The Scheme appointed a pharmacy network for chronic and acute benefits on the Millennium and Classic options with effect from 1 January 2010. There are over 750 pharmacies on the network and by purchasing your medication at any of these pharmacies, you can avoid making a co-payment. Please note that a co-payment of 25% of the cost will apply if a non-DSP pharmacy is used. Click here to find a pharmacy nearest to you.
